County Road Program Manager recruitment

The Association of Oregon Counties (AOC) desires  a dynamic individual to lead and administer AOC’s County Road Program.  The County Road Program provides management and technical services for Oregon’s county road officials, including AOC’s Integrated Road Information System. The County Road Program Manager serves as a liaison, information source and advocate between county, state and federal agencies and contractors on issues related to county road operations and financing. The position requires a broad knowledge of highway agency operational procedures and practices, government agency operations, and data collection and analysis procedures. Experience in local government, federal-aid project development and working with stakeholders is a plus.
